Lighthouse Health Services provides residential care services to our supported individuals. In our residential homes, each resident receives comprehensive and personalized support based on a treatment plan collaboratively decided upon by the resident and their dedicated team. Each home is shared by two residents who receive continuous, round-the-clock care.

Our dedicated teams provide assistance with meal preparation. Members are encouraged to make healthy choices. Also, Individuals have options and choices of how and when they would like to plan, prepare, and shop for their meals.

Our residents have activity calendars that help them to make choices. These activities are carefully planned according to each individual’s unique plans and goals. Our committed staffs assist individuals daily in developing personalized plans and activity calendars, incorporating an array of community activities, desired opportunities and favorite places to explore. Etc.,

Staffs are mandated to support our clients by providing transportation to places where individuals wants to go either to visit friends and other unpaid supports and/or to medical appointments.

Certified staffs prepare and administer medication to our clients following CRMA guidelines and doctors instructions. It is also our responsibility to assist with the maintenance of a medication record for each resident in our care. This medication support is available 24/7.
